Two layers on one wall chart: green/teal is what's set up to run right now in MailerLite; blue is Bridgette's planned 2027 workshop programme. The blue layer flags what's coming and whether marketing is built to cover it.
Click a tile's status to flip it — Outstanding (red) → In progress (blue) → Signed off (green). Opens the full QA checklist for Caoimhe & Ameer.
One row per program/channel, weeks left to right (21 Jul → 1 Nov 2026). Solid bars are live and dated; faded full-width bars run continuously (always-on / ongoing cadence); dashed bars exist but are switched off. Social & newsletter channels sit at the bottom.
From Bridgette's IPS_2027_Workshop_Planner & Monthly_Calendar_with_Details. Each program runs 2–4 times across 2027 (bars mark the delivery month). Solid blue = confirmed / existing; dashed blue = still in development (quarter shown). The left dot is the marketing coverage check: whether a MailerLite arc already exists to promote it. Thin line down the middle splits H1 (Jan–Jun) from H2 (Jul–Dec).
16 workshops are planned for 2027 (plus Train-the-Trainer in 2028), but none has a 2027 MailerLite campaign. ~7 can be cloned from arcs that already exist (AMS, Risk & Audit, Policy-to-Practice, IPC Lead Essentials, roadshows); ~9 are net-new and need building from scratch.
The dashed bars carry a develop-by quarter. Q3–Q4 2026 workshops (Audit-to-Action, Outbreak, both Governance webinars, Cleaning, Fundamentals) are the nearest deadlines — their marketing arcs should be scoped now so they're ready for a Feb–Mar 2027 first delivery.
Live coverage thins after August 2026; the 2027 plan doesn't begin until February. Action: enable the four Always-on lifecycle programs (built 5 Jul) to keep the list warm through the quiet Nov 2026 – Jan 2027 window before the workshop calendar starts.
AMS (3 cohorts), Risk & Audit, IPC Lead Essentials and Policy-to-Practice are all “Confirmed” workshops that already have live MailerLite series. Clone the AMS Cohort 2 template per delivery to cover these six fast, then focus new build on the nine net-new topics.
